Shipping and Returns

Thank you for purchasing an item on our website! We are a small business and your support means a lot.

Payments:

Payments on our website are made through Stripe. This payment method accepts the following payment types:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

Stripe also accepts Apple Pay from customers checking out on a supported device.

Note: it's not possible to split payment of your order between multiple cards at checkout.

Shipping:

We currently deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania. If you would like us to deliver to a remote offshore territory or another Australian location not situated on mainland Australia or Tasmania, please contact Amber at amber@societycircles.com.au and we will do our best to provide an option for you at an additional fee.

Our shipping rate is a flat $5 fee per order.

We ship all orders every Friday, with a cut-off time of 9pm on Thursday night (AEST). This means that if you place your order before 9pm Thursday, your order will be shipped the following Friday, and if you place your order after 9pm on a Thursday, it will be shipped with the following weeks shipments (up to 8 days maximum).

We ship through Australia Post and as such expected arrival dates are subject to Australia Post’s estimated delivery times, which can be found here. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a precise arrival date for your order.

If using the above shipping information and Australia Post estimated delivery times, you believe your order is lost, please contact us at hi@amberhannaford.studio and we will do our best to help find your order! This may involve:

  • Making enquiries to locate your order and attempting to direct it to your provided shipping address

  • Offering a refund for the lost item

  • At our discretion, as a goodwill gesture, resending an item if we believe it to be genuinely lost

Returns:

Customers are protected by Australian Consumer Law, and as such may request a replacement or refund if the item doesn’t match the descriptions made on this website, or in promotions or advertising. Detailed information on your rights under Australian Consumer Law can be found here.

Please note that due to variations in digital printing, the hand-made nature of any painted items, and the difference between monitor displays, colours shown on this website or in any promotions or advertising may not be an exact representation of the piece. The customer should accept that the colours in their delivered item may appear differently to images shown on screen.

Slight variation in colour between products may also occur in items that are created to order, screen-printed, or feature hand-painted components. Therefore, slight variations in colour between these products are not to be considered a defect.

Please also note that some of our products are printed on recycled stocks which usually contain small specs and marks. These are a characteristic of the paper (which we love!) and are not to be considered a defect.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
